Osteria Le Panzanelle opened on the 4th of July 2002. The managing parteners and are two young women, Nada and Silvia, “Le Panzanelle”, assisted by their respective companions, Paolo and Luigi. Everyone of them brings its own experience from different fields. In the course of these years the restaurant has evolved and grown, the arrival of professional assistants has brought new and different ideas. But even though the restaurant has been enriched by new influences , the dishes are still such as our grandmothers made. Over the years our families have grown and many clients have come back time and again, and this is a great satisfaction and pleasure to us, along with the smiles of our children.
After some years of seasonal opening, from 2008, we are open all year round, except some vacations between January and February. Monday is our day off.
